When I was growing up I collected Breyer horses. I still have some of the horses today. They didn’t have the plush horses then, but I think they’re simply adorable, especially the Saddle Club plush

All of the Breyer Saddle Club plush come with lifelike tack including a saddle with an embossed Breyer® logo, a bridle and a saddle pad with an embroidered Saddle Club logo. Here are a few of my favorites:

Breyer Saddle Club Plush Starlight is for the buckskin fans out there.

I think my favorite of the Breyer Saddle Club Plush is Prancer.

Breyer’s Belle is beautiful too.

All of the horses come with their name embroidered on their left front hoof.

Have you seen the new Zhu Zhu Pets Babies? They’re adorable. The babies don’t require a battery, but they do require that you have a regular Zhu Zhu pet if you want them to move, they need to be nudged. All of the babies come with their own accessories.
The new Zhu Zhu Babies would be perfect for Easter baskets, or birthday gifts.

It seems like I’m always looking for a last minute toy for a gift exchange, and my budget is usually under $20, so I thought I’d put together a list of great toy ideas you can buy for that price range. Most of these are on the hot toy list this year, so you can’t go wrong!

1. Klutz Invasion Of The Bristlebots is topping many hot toy lists this Christmas. I love the unique idea of the Bristlebots, they’re little toothbrush head robots that can spin, skitter, and bounce off the walls. WowWee has a new line of minis. The Mini White Tiger Cub, the Mini Panda Bear Cub, and the Mini Lion Cub are all adorable, and perfectly huggable plush.

They’re all soft and cuddly, with enough stuffing to cushion their electronic parts. They’re not as interactive as their larger counterparts, they can be posed, but you have to pose them yourself.  They make up for that in cuteness and hug-ability.

If you’re looking for something to get the Twilight fan on your Christmas list this year, check out the new Twilight Bella Barbie. She won’t be hitting stores until November, but you can pre-order Twilight Barbie from Amazon, to have her shipped to you as soon as they are available.

There is also a Twilight Edward Barbie to add to your wish list. I love his outfit and his tiny boots. Both Bella and Edward have very detailed clothing, and they did a great job matching the dolls to their onscreen characters. I look for these dolls to be on every Twilight, and Barbie fan’s Christmas list this year.
