I wrote up some Easter Toy Ideas for boys, but didn’t write up any for girls! We can’t have that, so here are a few toy ideas for the little girl on your Easter list.

1. Barbie in a Mermaid Tale just premiered on DVD last week, and it would make the perfect Easter basket filler for any Barbie fan! Barbie stars as Merliah™ a surf champion who finds out she’s also a mermaid.

2. If you have a Hello Kitty fan on the list, check out this Ty Hello Kitty Bunnie Beanie Baby. Isn’t she just adorable!

4. Max and Ruby is always a favorite at Easter! I love their Easter Egg story, it’s one of my favorites! This Ty Beanie Baby Max & Ruby Set would make the perfect Easter basket filler for any Max and Ruby fan.

5. Silly Bandz are super popular right now, and they’re super low cost for an Easter basket filler. If you have a little space to fill these will be the perfect fit.

Have you seen the new Zhu Zhu Pets Babies? They’re adorable. The babies don’t require a battery, but they do require that you have a regular Zhu Zhu pet if you want them to move, they need to be nudged. All of the babies come with their own accessories.

It always seems like when I go Easter shopping for my son there are plenty of fluffy pink plush animals, but there’s just not that much out there for boys. I really don’t like to fill his basket with candy, we don’t need a sugar overload. I have found a few toys that are always a hit with my son.

Here are just a few Easter toy ideas I have for boys:

1. Bakugan Toys are always a big hit, and they have price points from under $10, and up, which makes them a perfect Easter basket fill in.

2. Matchbox Cars are another popular choice, and they range in price from a little over $1 for the single car packs, to higher price points for sets, racetracks and carriers. The great thing about Matchbox cars is you don’t have to have them all at once, you can build a set over time.

3. I love this Tonka Dump Truck Plush Basket, you can fill it with all his favorite Tonka toys!

4. Toy Story 3′s hitting theaters this summer. Boys would love to wake up to a new Toy Story 3 Lego set in their Easter basket.

5. How to Train Your Dragon is hitting theaters in a few days, I’m sure it will be super popular with boys everywhere to find a How To Train Your Dragon Plush Toy in their Easter baskets.

Think about what the little boy on your Easter list is interested in then find the perfect toy to suit his interests.
